Have you added an Instagram tester as mentioned in the steps 8 and 9 at the link http://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-instagram-client-id/
Before the submission gets approved for your app, you will be able to use Instagram login only using the tester account you have added in the app.

I did add a tester account with a Facebook account since i don’t have another Instagram account, and it give status beside the name as pending but i can’t see any notification on facebook.
they mentioned i can add a facebook account ,so was that an issue and how do i accept the invitation to test with it?
You are using Instagram login so adding a Facebook account as tester won’t help.

You can add the only Instagram account you have for testing.

i did that now , i added Instagram tester from the basic display of the Instagram product and i didn’t get the notification in my account yet not sure why , is there something that i need to do , the profile setting is set up to get invite from everyone.

thank you for that, i was able to see the invite and accepted it in Instagram ,and i tried to login with it and i got to see authorize now and i did then i got another form asking for email and to confirm the email, is that correct? also how do i know the application got approved and everyone can use it not just the tester?

It’s because Instagram doesn’t provide email of the user along with other profile data and you have checked Email required option in the Advanced Configuration section at Super Socializer > Social Login options page in admin area.

If you have submitted the permission for approval according to the step 19 at the link http://support.heateor.com/how-to-get-instagram-client-id/, you will see the notification in your app dashboard for the same, once it gets approved.

You need to submit whatever is mandatory.
