Problem with Heatmap Adaptive Featured Image

    I’m having problem with Heatmap Adaptive theme.

    The featured image is too big and annoying and i don’t know how to handle this.

    The site is idealjobsforteenagers.com.

    Please, how do i make the featured image to be smaller as like other themes and also to position it on the left side of the post?
