Problem with Form Editor.

    Hi there,

    Attempting to edit one of the forms I already use, I’m finding that nothing’s quite displaying right (either in Chrome or IE). The form builder is displaying the content to the left column (the options for selection), but the right pane is completely blank.

    Would you be able to help?

    Hi,

    The issue you describe, usually occurs when there are uncaught javascript errors in your page, that may be caused by another plugin, or the theme. Another possible cause is that database has been broken by invalid characters. I’ll need the WordPress access to check the issue in detail.

    Hi there, thanks for the swift response! Actually, we’ve now been able to resolve – your comment about another plugin made sense to me. We’ve been having issues with Calendarize It, and I suspected it was that plugin; deactivating it rectified the issue immediately.
