Problem with form

This is a plugin issue, not handling calls to the_permalink() properly.
Try going to Transposh -> Advanced and make sure “Allow translation of permalinks and urls” is checked.
If this doesn’t work, you’ll need to get support by the plugin’s developers.

I have tryed but it do not work

You’ll need to contact the Trasposh plugin’s support then.
Let them know that the_permalink() doesn’t return the URL in the correct language, inside a page template.
