Problem with first and last name

    Hello,

    since some time we have a small problem concerning the data transfer of the first and last name.

    It sometimes happens that in the WooCommerce order details the first and last name is the same (e.g. Max Max). If we check this with Paypal, however, the correct name is displayed (e.g. Max Mustermann).

    If the customer has a customer account, the correct name is also there. Just not in the woocommerce order.

    I too am seeing the same thing on the 5 WooCommerce stores I maintain. Looks like it started a few weeks ago for me. Not every order, I am seeing it happen roughly 1 out of 8 orders. Hoping someone can find a fix for it.

    @tkwpweb Do you have any checkout customization plugin active on your site? If you do, I’d recommend trying to disable it and checking if the issue is gone.

    If that doesn’t fix the issue, then I’d advise you to run a conflict test on your site:
