Problem with filter for colors

    Hello 🙂

    I really like your extension, but I have a problem with it.

    I have taken out for:

    Price
    Size
    Color
    Material

    The filter for price and size work perfectly, but I have a problem with the color and material filter.

    When I select a color, it does not show me the items, but when I select a size filter, then they are displayed.

    For example, we are looking for women’s green shoes:

    I choose the color green and I am not shown any items, but if I mark size 37 then all the green shoes appear, of which there is size 37.

    Good morning Marinow1991,

    If you wish to collaborate with us on the investigation of the issue in question, please contact us through our contact form, providing us with temporarily access to your wp admin dashboard.

    If you have a test site that replicates the issue, it would be better if you gave us access to its admin instead. We will need to perform a few test and checks, possibly including making changes to (some) products and at some point disabling all or some of the 3d party plugins, and briefly displaying some debug messages on the pages of your site. We will also need your consent to temporarily switch the theme to Storefront, and possibly install the Duplicator plugin that will allow us to make a snapshot of your site and replicate it locally.
