    Hello

    Thanks for your great plugin

    I am proud to use this plugin and the result of your efforts is very helpful.
    There is a new problem with uploading files in the plugin.
    When the file name contains non-English letters (i mean all of characters be non-english or non-latin for example all letters that make up the file name contain Arabic or Persian letters), the file will not be uploaded. But when there is at least one character from the English letters or latin letters, the file is uploaded.
    we check it
    exmaple file name : ترجمه انگلیسی به فارسی . pdf
    exmaple file name : ترجمه . docx
    Non-English sites have trouble uploading files.

    Hi @bbk88,

    I tried to replicate your issue in my test site and it works fine, so could you contact your host provider and check that there is no issues in the folder where you store attachments? Also, you can try to deactivate attachments mask by going to tickets – settings – Advanced tab, scrolling down until you find the attachment overrides section and check the Do Not Mask Attachment Links. This will only work for new tickets.
