Problem with featured images

Hallo!

Yesterday I made a major update wordpress, theme graphene and nextgen gallery. Now everything is updated, something jump over several versions.

I have the following problem. If I use the featured image from gallery nextgen (set thumbnails 140×105 px), wordpress does a new image, croped from original image, in another folder (size 150×150 px). I do not know how to use default thumbs from nextgen gallery. I do not know if the problem is in the template gallery, WordPress or all together.

It is the site http://www.tastejourney.cz. The first two featured images are after updating (wrong path format e.g. http://www.tastejourney.cz/wp-content/uploads/ngg_featured/chleb_za_15_02-150×150.jpg), the other three are beforu updates, as I wanted it (path format http://www.tastejourney.cz/wp-content/gallery/kari/thumbs/thumbs_kari_05.jpg).
