Problem with direct mandate

Dear support,
we´ve got a problem with SEPA direct mandates.
When the first renewal should´ve been done we got the following error:
"Erneute EPS-Zahlung konnte nicht erstellt werden. The customer (cst_JbR77hmBaH) does not have a valid mandate. Status der Bestellung von Zahlung ausstehend auf Fehlgeschlagen geändert."In the log it says:

Is there a way to fix the mandate, because the customer isn´t reachable? As this was the first “renewal”, also there is the question what we can do, to prevent this from happening again?
WooCommerce is running on Version 4.6.2, Mollie on Version 5.10.0
