    Hi there,
I’ve got a problem with defaut email template.
I don’t want to have any Details such the Calendar name, the langage, and so on in the user notification email.
So I put the shorcode |CHECK_IN|to have the date and |START_HOUR|to have the hour, with sentences introducing the date and hour
But the change doesn’t seem to be saved.
The Details shortcode is still there whatever I do, even if I’ve got the message, your change has been saved.
Do you have any idea to avoid this problem ?
    Thank your for your help

    Me again,
I delete the Default Mail Template and create another one.
I modify the mail template and change the |DETAILS| shortcode by |CHECK_IN|to have the date and |START_HOUR|.

The changes seem are saved in the different notifications. I received notification mail but it is :
    – in english, and may langage is french and the calendar is in french
    – and no changes at all are taken into account. The Details shortcode is still there, in the mail I received but not in the Back Office mail notification.

Please can you take a look or tell me what to do for resolving the différent problèmes I had with your plugin.

    Hello,

Make sure you are modifying the right template – for example if you are using instant approval, modify the template for instant approval, and so on.

If you still have a problem with this, please send and email to support@pinpoint.world

    Thank you!

Hi and thank you for your answer.
It was the right template but I didn’t restore the database. Now the setting I’ve changed in the mail template works.
