Something wrong with customizer. Now I see only widgets. Other settings are absent. How to solve this problem?

Just to clarify, have you already tried with another browser and the issue persists, or otherwise?
I went ahead with checking out the source code of the site at https://kot-dymohod.com.ua/ and it appears you are using the latest version of the Storefront theme (version 4.3.0).
To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
Could you share a screenshot of the screen where the other settings are absent, please? https://snipboard.io/ is a good (online) tool of choice for sharing it here.
Additionally, could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/, or https://pastebin.com.
