Problem with course and groups

    Hi,
    I have LearnDash LMS and I tried to import users.
    The plugin works with “standard” field (username, password, first_name, etc.) but it doesn’t work with LMS field (course and group).
    I need to assign course and group to each imported user. I tried with:
    – “lms_courses” column with ID course;
    – “groups” column with ID;
    – “group_id” column with ID group;
    – “course_id” column with ID course;
    – “Group ID” column with ID course
    – ….

    The plugin doesn’t work. It is very important for me to assign course and group for each user with the import file.

    @supportitc,

    Have you read the documentation tab?

    • lms_courses as the column title
    • The value of each cell will be the NUMBER of the course to enroll (do not use slugs)
    • If you want to import multiple values, you can use a list using / to separate items

    Please read “Documentation” tab before writing.

    I read “Documentation” tab before writing this post and before using the plugin.

    However it doesn’t work (only “standard” field work like “role”, “username”, etc.).
    If you need to login and check it, I can give you credentials and you can see it.

    @supportitc,

    This plugin does not include “groups” in LMS, so it only should take the value of lms_courses.

    If you leave it only alone it works?

    I try without “groups” column, but it doesn’t work.

    I have no a site with LMS now working to check what’s happening.

    Maybe they have changed something.

    We would need to have some site with LMS prepare to do test but we have not 🙁

    We need to check plugin integration with a premium plugin I cannot manage because it seems this is not working properly.

    I cannot tell you more. I don’t know if is this possible or this is not allowed to send credentials here.

    And I cannot install the plugin so… if none tell us how can we solve it I cannot help you 🙁
