Hello @michi57
Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please confirm if the file bb68e.default.include.8a38d2.css is actually in the
https://cdn2.xxxxxxxxxxxx/wp-content/cache/minify/ folder?
It appears that the mentioned file does not exist.
Thank you!
Hi,
sorry:
GET https://cdn2.ferienwohnung-cuxhaven.eu/wp-content/cache/minify/bb68e.default.include.8a38d2.css net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)
Thats it.
As oon as I deactivate the Manual CSS File settings this Error is gone?
Hello @michi57
Thank you for the information. Can you please confirm that this file is uploaded to CDN? Does the file exists in wp-content/cache/minify/ ?
There is a possibility that you need to Purge CDN so that the cache can be rebuilt on the CDN and files to be served from the CDN.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. this file is not existing on our server.
2. we purged the CDN. It didn`t help.
For testing we disregarded minifying the CSS files and minified some JS Files and a similar error comes up.
We think this is generated somehow via the Plugin Minifying?
Cheers
Michael
Hello @michi57
Thank you for the information.
What CDN are you using via W3 Total cache? Also, is Minify enabled on Auto or Manual?
Thank you!
Hi,
1. Max CDN
2. Manual
– auto is not a good Idea.
We have it on Manual and with the “help” button we activated some JS Files (at the moment). Then this error occurs.
As soon as we take all files out again the error disappears.
Same, if we minify “by hand” CSS Files.
My idea is e. g. could we exclude this file beeing seen or minified by the plugin?
Cheers
