problem with buttons

Hello, i have problem with the button in editing fieldtype, i can’t activate visiblity, searchble etc..
The same problem in the view mode, i can’t use detail buttons view and any button to make cvs or pdf.

Sorry for bad english, is there anybody who can help me?
