Problem with Browser Key due to bad encoding

Dears,
On the setting page, it says that there is a problem with the Browser key.
When I check the browser console, it simply says that “NoApiKeys”.
However, I have the feeling that it might come from a bad encoding issue.

I checked the front page of my website and this is how my Maps Javascript API request looks like:

<script src=”https://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?language=fr&region=es&key=AIzaSy………dVsXgETInf_w&libraries=places&v=3.36″></script&gt;

As you can see, the request contains both “&amp” and “#038”.

Is this a known issue ? It might come from another plugin I have installed ?
