    I have no information on the administrator username or password. I also do not have that much experience with coding so that’s a foreign language to me.

    You don’t have to have the information on the administrator username or password. In fact, you’ll be able to see it if you use the phpMyAdmin method.

    Basically.. you’re going to need access to either the database where the website is being stored… or the file directories where the website was created.

    Each method on the link I gave above is different.

    1) If you have access to the cPanel of the website; use the phpMyAdmin method.

    2) If you have an FTP account on the website, use the FTP method.

    If you do not have access to an FTP account for the website; or the cPanel where the site is hosted… then you can’t reset the admin username or password. I would suggest having your relative contact the hosting provider to get those credentials.
