It seems that they detect spam problems and I think it may be because they did not do the initial configuration correctly and when we managed to configure it correctly the 3 newsletters that should have been sent and were not sent were sent all at once.
We do not spam and our students subscribe to our newsletter having previously confirmed their subscription by email.
