Problem with a few filters

    Hello

    I have a problem that if I choose a category on the left it still shows in the dropdown of Chazzan and Tefilla all the terms even if we choose them and they will return no posts. Why?? How could we sort it out? It should only show the available terms for the chosen category!! Thank you so much!!

    Hi!

    We’re not entirely clear on your problem. Please describe it in more detail. The filter has many different settings, so you need to configure everything correctly. Also, since you’re using three different taxonomies, posts must be attached to these terms to see the filter results. Also, check the selection criteria (OR or AND)—this is very important.

    I have three taxonomies attached to the post: category, tefilla and chazzan. When using combined filters they show all the terms even when choosing for ex a category it still shows all the terms of the other filters even if chosen the result would be no posts. So I tried to use dependant filters but now only categories shows terms. Thank you!! (The selection criteria should always be AND)

    Are you using the Dependent filter type? If so, you need to clearly understand the relationships between different taxonomy terms and adjust the settings accordingly. Here’s documentation on using this filter type:
