When we release a new version we usually disable the WP auto-update system for AcyMailing during the following week. It should however not show you that an update is available.
It seems that we’ve updated the version on the wordpress.org site too soon and it showed you the update, sorry about that :/
I’ve enabled back the auto-update system for the v6.1.2, it should be working now 😉
You may have to click a few times on the “Check again” button (Vérifier à nouveau in French) at the top of the updates page (Tableau de bord => Mises à jour) to reload the package download link (due to some cache).
When the update is available, a “Update now” link is shown next to AcyMailing on the “Plugins => Installed plugins” page (Extensions => Extensions installées in French).

For your information, your suggestion didn’t work.
I eventually had to uninstall version 6.1.1, and then install version 6.1.2, and it worked.
