Hi,

I tried the plugin and it worked fine with Twenty Eleven. I wanted to change the style.css so that I could make the gap between the 2 columns as per the instructions.

For some reason the columns stopped working with the right column showing below the left column.

What am I doing wrong?

Maybe your theme applies some padding to the columns which could make them larger then intended. Try lowering the margin variable from the provided css a little bit.
