    Hello everyone,

    I’m facing an issue on my website where even though some products are sold out, they still appear as available in stock. Despite the inventory being depleted, the website incorrectly displays them as in stock. The website is linked to a database from another application that manages inventory and product updates.

    I’m concerned that there might be a glitch preventing the accurate reflection of sold-out status on the website. Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue?

    This issue could be occurring due to a variety of reasons. It could be a delay in the synchronization between your external inventory management application and WooCommerce, or it could be due to a configuration issue in the settings of either application.

    To troubleshoot this, please ensure your inventory management application is correctly configured to sync with WooCommerce in real time. Also, check your WooCommerce settings to ensure that products are set to be marked as “Out of Stock” when inventory reaches zero.
