Problem updating status with Spreadsheet

Hey,
First of all I want to thank you for your awesome plugin, really love it. The only problem I’m facing is when I update the orders by uploading spreadsheet, when I update the same number with another status it will changed in the admin panel but in the front-end it still shows the first status.
Edit: This problem is only for updating statuses and updating other stuff like order name or Public Note has no problem

P.S When I open the updated order in the admin panel and click edit order, it will also get updated in the front-end.

Hi Samix,

Sorry that you’re having trouble with updating statuses. We’ll test to see if we get the same problem, and update if necessary. Is there anything particular with your setup that you think might be causing the problem?

hmm I’m actually using a itheme security plugin and i didn’t update with disabled security plugin. I’ll try and post the result

Still have the same result with the itheme security plugin being disabled.

This problem still exist:
The order you update with spreadsheet will be updated in the back end but it wont’t be updated in the front end, until you open the order in the back end and save it manually

guys this problem is really bothering and it actually makes updating with spreadsheets feature useless

Hi Samix,

The problem we have in solving this is that we can’t replicate the problem. Do you use some kind of caching plugin maybe?

Can you check to see if the statuses are being updated in the database then? It could be a caching issue if they’re updating in the back-end but not the front.
