    Hi,

    I have a problem with the translation of the message in the “new order”.
    I noticed that this specific translation was available in :
    – /wp-content/languages/plugins/woocommerce-nl_NL.po
    – /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-nl/languages/woocommerce/nl_NL.po

    “Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.”

    So I translated it in both files but the message in the email remains unchanged. What am I missing ?

    The translation string in the po files is only used to fill the woocommerce payment method settings. After you have configured that once, this string is stored in your settings (in the language that WooCommerce had at that time if the translation files were available).
    So in order to change this text, simply go to the WooCommerce settings, Checkout tab and the corresponding payment method for those instructions.
