Problem to add a product

Hi everybody, im brazilian and i dont speak english, but i will try to explain my problem,
i have the ultimate plugin in the last update, but when i will add any product, a problem occurs.
look at the Print screen below

When i add a product to meu catalog happens this:

All the tabs shows in the “product” tab… is like a “bug”
all configuration pages unconfigures
i installed the 2.2 version and works normally but its have others problems
