Problem sizing my site

Good afternoon!
I’m creating a website using Astra and I came across a dimension problem.
The menu bar and footer bar are much larger than the content area.
The content area in turn is very well aligned.

What do I wish?
Either decrease the bars so that they are the same size as the content area, or increase the content area so that they are the same size as the bars.

How can I resolve this annoyance?
