See https://wordpress.org/support/topic/urgent-issues-because-of-todays-update/ to see if that helps.
In short, there is very likely a plugin on your site causing this behavior.
Hi, thx for your message. I tried every plugin but the problem is not there.
If you temporarily enable a default WordPress theme or Storefront (https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/), does the problem still occur?
Not saying you need to switch themes, just need to find where the problem is stemming from. If it does turn out to be your theme, could you please tell us the theme and version you are using?
Hello Caleb, iam using Flatsom, the most recent version.
And if you temporarily switch to one of the themes I mentioned, does the issue no longer occur?
Hi Caleb,
Issue no longer occur on that theme:)
I am having the exact same issue. Unfortunately, I can’t switch themes permanently. Can you explain what changed in the way you display categories so I can update the theme?
You don’t need to switch themes permanently, only temporarily to find if that’s the problem or if it’s another plugin.
We are looking into this now, but need all the details we can get.
@daveyvanaken, just to triple check, could you enable just your theme and WooCommerce plugin – then clear your cache from your web host and/or caching plugins. And see if the issue still exists.
If it does, could you submit a ticket to us here, and attach a zipped up copy of your theme: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/tickets/. Then reply with your ticket number.
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of the theme.
If issue still exists, could you download the theme and email the zip file to redacted? Email address will be removed shortly 🙂
I send it by wetransfer right now.
Thanks, will be really helpful 🙂

For me it’s theme related. I use the Masterstudy theme. When i switch to one of the default themes, the issue goes away.
Thanks. We’ve identified why this is happening with some themes – has to do with outdated templates.
Working on a fix now. The above GH issue will link to it when ready.
