Problem setup flatsome ultimate

    Having issues with flatsome and ultimate playing nice. I was going to start again and want to remove ultimate memeber , but there is this Note: This plugin cannot be deactivated or deleted until the plugins that require it are deactivated or deleted. i deactivated both other plugins still greyed out deactivate

    ps if and when i get to delete it will i lose any of the names address customers that it may have helped create?

    Hello @gnfb,

    This note means that you have to deactivate and delete Ultimate Member extensions first. Once all extensions are deleted you can delete the main Ultimate Member plugin.

    By default Ultimate Member does not delete data on uninstall. So, you can delete the plugin and then reinstall it and all settings will be the same. Enable the Remove Data on Uninstall? setting if you want to delete Ultimate Member data and settings on uninstall.

    Ultimate Member does not delete any common user-data on uninstall. Only data specific for the Ultimate Member plugin may be deleted.
