    Hello,

    I have a problem sending the form, it is impossible to send the form.
    I inspected the page, I have an invalid or unloaded captcha key error. So I changed the keys but the problem persists.
    I removed the plugin Akismet via ftp (it was disabled for a long time), following this recommendation: https://contactform7.com/faq/i-get-an-error-message-with-an-orange-border- even-though-i-dont-use-akismet / but there is no change.

    I have explored the sufficient write permission track on the files: https://contactform7.com/captcha/ but the write rights are effective.
    The plugin must create a temporary folder in wp-contents / uploads / wpcf7_captcha, but today it is not created on the site.

    I switched to debug mode my site, I have this error (I do not know if it is related to this problem or another problem: Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in C: \ HostingSpaces \ lesgrand \ lesgrandpres-restaurant .com \ wwwroot \ wp-content \ themes \ wp_nuvo-child \ functions.php on line 14.

    Line 14 concerned: $ ver = ‘? Ver =’. md5 (wp_salt (‘nonce’). $ parts [1]);

    I tested you form at https://www.lesgrandspres-restaurant.com/contact/ & it worked as expected giving following message with a green border.

    Hi,

    Yes, because i delete captcha on plugin, i use contact form without captcha.

    When i reactive captcha keys, the problem appears again.

    Hi,

    I tried to delete plugin via ftp and reinstall it via wordpress interface but the problem don’t disappear.

    Hi,

    Thanks, there is an incompatibility between theme and captcha v3. I open ticket on support theme.

    Hello,

    I managed to correct the problem with the help of the theme’s support.
    I disabled integration with captcha v3 in the options of the Contact Form 7 plugin.
    I installed the Google Captcha by BestWebSoft plugin and added the shortcode on the page where the contact form is located.

    From now on, I can send the form without any problem while being protected by captcha v3.
