@ew38
You can try the “Check & Log Email” or the “WP Mail Catcher” plugin
for logging of outgoing emails and verify if the issue is in UM settings
or the email is lost during transport to the User’s inbox

Try to use a secure SMTP connection for your emails.
Lost emails and issues with Gmail accounts are common
when using a not trusted web hosting email server.

Thank you.
After doing what you advised (SMTP was already set up, so I just installed the plugins), the logs show that the messages were sent. However, there is nothing in my email inbox.
@ew38
It’s up to the destination Email Server to decide if an email is spam
and which action to take with spam emails.
This guide from Google support “Email sender guidelines”
explains all technical details required for a SMTP connection.
Make sure that you have set the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC at your SMTP provider.

My SMTP settings are already configured and everything is working correctly. The problem only occurs when I use UM.
@ew38
Do you get any email delivery status from your SMTP provider?

In the free version, my SMTP provider does not provide a report
Will you get the HTML email to your inbox if you deactivate SMTP and use WP Mail?
