Problem restoring WordPress web when importing database on phpmyadmin

Hello!

I have a updraft plugin backup (all wp-content files and database). First, I used ftp to restore the wp-content, then i created a new database where to upload the database file through myadminphp and then redirect the wp-config.php to point to that new database.

Nontheless, after doing all of that and I go to my page, WordPress asks me to introduce a new user and password and does not restore the database of the backup.

I don’t know much of those configurations and don’t know if I’m missing something but i really need help.
