It seems that when you uninstalled the plugin, for some reason WordPress failed to delete the plugin files. To solve this problem simply follow the below steps:
1) Access your website files using SFTP or SSH
2) Navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
3) Delete the plugin directory /wp-security-audit-log/
4) Re-install the plugin now.

I can confirm that we have answered all our support emails. By any chance did you try to follow the procedure I mentioned in my previous post (i.e. manually deleting the plugin directory)?

Hi Robert , i follow your procedure and the problem remains because with the link you send me i cant download the newest version as you say i must install !
i try with different mails but nothing comes to any of them , no file/s !
