this could be related with server Internet Connection , addon page try to connect to Ginger API to get prices and check keys: http://www.ginger-cookielaw.com/
If you have installed Ginger locally and you are not connected to internet, or if your webserver blocks http external requestes that page should be blocked.

My WordPress (and Ginger) installation is hosted by one of Germanys huge ISP’s, Strato.de. I have to confess that I don’t have the slightest idea, wether the Webserver is blocking external http-requests or how I could check it.

– the domain in which you have installed ginger
– if possible ad admin account (a new one to remove after we have worked on it) to login to your wordpress installation
or alternatively a screenshot of your admin blank page
