Gif not showing on posts, only an image like a jpeg

    Hi,

    I was using the plugin and it was working perfectly.
    Then I changed some plugins (on of them was a cache plugin) and since then when I activate the Gif animation preview plugin, I only see an image when I post a gif, as it if was a jpeg.
    When I am editing my post, I can the gif “moving” normally.

    Could you please help me?

    I’m not good at editing or whatever, I’m a beginner. :S

    Hi, this plugin doesn’t work well together with lazy load plugins (yet), probably this is the problem. If you could post your site link that would be easier to see what goes wrong.

    Hi,

    Ok! I had a lazy load plugin but deleted it.

    When i activate your plugin now, I still have the same problem.

    Right now gif animation preview is desactivated.

    Jetpack was “blocking” the plugin :s

    Oh, cool, I was just trying to find what could be wrong. Thanks for the info, I will try to figure out how can it work with Jetpack.

    Weird, Jetpack is working to me with all functions, maybe other plugins+jetpack+theme combo killed the plugin. Anyway I’m going to refactor the javascript for prevent similar problems and maybe add some customisations.

    So.
    I activated jetpack last night and activated all the jetpack one by one and i think it was photon which was blocking the gif preview.

    This was the same problem I had. Deactivating Photon fixed it right up. I’m using the twenty-fourteen theme.

    I could solve it with a tiny jquery selector update, hopefully it works everywhere with default Photon settings.
    Btw it still doesn’t work with lazyload.
