    Hi @pipoulito ,

I’m seeing a number of JavaScript errors on your site in Google Chrome which may not be occurring in Firefox (screenshot). To get around these errors, could you try enabling the following setting in the plugin to see whether it resolves the issue for you?

Instagram Feed > Customize > Misc > Enqueue JS file in head

If that doesn’t fix the issue, then please try enabling the “Disable JS Image Loading” which is two spots below it.

Please let me know whether that solves the problem, otherwise we can help to troubleshoot further!

I hope you’re having a great end to your week.

    Hi

thanks i didi it but no changes.

I think the problem is because of the cookie plugins because if i accept the rules then reload the page, instagram is displayed.
BTW, I have enabled the cookie settings in your setting.

    thanks

    Hey @pipoulito,

The GDPR plugin may be related – it will depend on a few different things, such as if our script will not be loaded correctly or in the right order. For us to dig further into this, could you please send us a support request via our website here, including the System Info from the plugin’s Support tab.

    Many thanks.
