Problem migrating followers & users

    Hi,

    I’m trying to move followers and subscribers from a WordPress site to a self-hosted site. The self-hosted site has Jetpack correctly configured, and I have admin on both the sites. However, when I log in, select the self-hosted site and go to the migration page, it doesn’t list the site I want to transfer from, only an old blog I don’t use anymore.

    So, I’m wondering what I’m missing. I have WordPress redirection on the WordPress site, redirecting to the self-hosted URL – could that be the issue?

    Make sure that you’re logged in as the one WordPress.com user who owns the WordPress.com site, not just one of its other Administrators.

    If that still isn’t working for you, I recommend contacting the Jetpack folks at https://jetpack.com/contact-support/
