Problem mail and message with event manager

Hello,
I permit me to ask your help.
I have two problems on event manager:
The em-booking-messages don’t appear for users when they make a reservation successfully or when they changed the reservation. But the message is correct for all the login problems.And they don’t receive the email for the account creation with id and password.
They receive an email confirmation when i approve the reservations, but nothing with their account details 🙁I’m desperate, I uninstall Event manager and install again, nothing change.
I checked the others plugins, nothing change.May be I made a mistake in the settings, but i can’t see it .
Please, if someone can help me, I ‘ll really appreciate.
