    Hello,

    I permit me to ask your help.

    I have two problems on event manager:
    The em-booking-messages don’t appear for users when they make a reservation successfully or when they changed the reservation. But the message is correct for all the login problems.

    And they don’t receive the email for the account creation with id and password.
    They receive an email confirmation when i approve the reservations, but nothing with their account details 🙁

    I’m desperate, I uninstall Event manager and install again, nothing change.
    I checked the others plugins, nothing change.

    May be I made a mistake in the settings, but i can’t see it .
    Please, if someone can help me, I ‘ll really appreciate.

    just to narrow down the problem and help us debug the issue is it possible to try the following temporarily:

    – deactivating all other plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    also, you can try to change your mail sending method under events > settings > emails > email settings > mail sending method eg. try wp mail, php mail or smtp then use your gmail account to rule-out any mail server issue.

    Hello Angelo,

    Thanks a lot for your answer and your patience!
    I checked one by one all the plugin, and I found the problem, but I need it 🙂
    There is a conflict with buddy press.
    When I deactivated it : everything is fine.
    For the settings of buddy press, i just need the account parameters, all the rest are not checked.

    Could you please help me, maybe you already had this problem ?

    Hye,

    I resolved my problem, but I think it’s important to inform Events-manager administrators.
    The problem was the new version of Event-Manager !

    I download the last version, and it’s fine.
