• Hi all,

I’ve been having troubles logging onto my WordPress admin account. When I go on /wp-admin/ it comes up with this error at the top:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/n3pnexwpnas02_data01/27/3448427/html/wp-content/themes/mh-techmagazine/functions.php:60) in /home/content/n3pnexwpnas02_data01/27/3448427/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1179

I know this is a problem with the theme but I don’t know how to log on to change this.

    Any help would be great.

    Thanks!

  • Access your website using FTP or Cpanel. Go to wp-content > Themes. Rename your current theme and make sure you have a Twenty theme installed. WordPress will use a Twenty theme and you’ll have access again.

Thanks for the suggestion but I’m a real beginner at web development. How would I access the website using FTP or Cpanel?

    Thanks

Ideally via FTP. You should have the FTP log-on info in your control panel, or you might need to create an FTP access in the control panel. Once you have the log-in credentials, you can use a tool like FileZilla and access your website to rename the theme folder.
