Problem logging in

    I can no longer log in to https://store.themeisle.com/login/. It seems I’ve forgotten my password. I’ve already tried all the options, such as “Forgot Password” or logging in via email link, but I’m NOT receiving any emails from ThemeIsle. I’ve checked my spam folder and everywhere else… nothing—no email!
    I’m asking for urgent assistance here.

    Hello,
    Thanks for the reply. Here’s the original problem: I have to log in to the support page as well, and I can’t do that! As I said, I don’t seem to remember my password anymore, and for some reason, I’m not receiving any emails from Themeisle.
    What can I do?
