problem loading galleries in gutenberg editor

    Hello,

    For some time it has been impossible for me to use the “select a gallery” button in gutenberg editor. The window tries to load the galleries. without succeeding.

    I tried to disable all plugins and take a basic theme without success.

    I tried it on chrome, mozilla and safari with the same result.

    I have emptied all the caches as advised in your documentation, the problem persists.

    On the other hand, in the console I see 2 JSON errors:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()
    index.js?0d2d:5 Uncaught (in promise)
    Object
    code: “invalid_json”
    message: “La réponse n’est pas une réponse JSON valide.”
    __proto__: Object

    Could you help me with this ?

    Hi @heritra,

    Apologies for the delay.

    I’ve taken a look at your site and there’s no indication of any issues on the front end on your gallery pages (no errors in the console either) so this suggests the issue is somewhere in your logged in Admin session.

    Are you able to provide more detail of the error you are seeing in your console?

    Are you also able to indicate what version of PHP your website is running on?

    If you’re able to reply back with the contents of FooGallery -> System Info that would be helpful too.
