Problem is paging displaying: BACKEND

Hello,
I’m using polylang and everything is working fine in the front-end of the website: I’m using 7 different languages as you can see here (http://www.italianvirtualschool.it), but if I go to the admin panel I can see ONLY ENGLISH PAGES, (English is my default language), and so I cannot access directly to Italian, German, Russian, and so on pages. To get this pages i have to surf through the pages displayed inside the english page.

This is a problem also because I can not customise different menus for not english pages because they are not visible.

Note that:
1) I’m not using a stating front page
2) This is my permalink configuration: http://www.italianvirtualschool.it/en/ and http://www.italianvirtualschool.it/sample-post/
3) I disabled all the plugins and I verified that this problem is given by polylang
