    When updating to version 8.6.3, the settings disappear from the admin panel; everything goes blank.

    Could you please confirm which WordPress and PHP versions you are currently using on your site?

    Also, let us know if you are using only the free version of Social Chat or if you also have the Pro plugin active alongside it.

    WordPress 7.1
    Social Chat 8.6.2 Free (working) -> 8.6.3 (BROKEN)

    This is happening on more than 20 websites that I manage.
