problem in Upgrade Process

    Hi.
    I updated the ultimate member but the upgrade process doesn’t work.when i click on “RUN” button nothing happens.
    i tried to deactive all my plugins and returning my theme to WordPress default theme, but still it doesn’t work.
    I don’t know how to fix it.
