It’s impossible to take a look and troubleshoot without a website url.
Hey,
This means you have a plugin that is breaking the collapse js in the theme. Deactivate your plugins one by one. And if you can let us know what plugin is the issue.

Thank you.
I found it:
WordPress Download Manager
is there anything I can do?
I can look into it but the plugin is adding a script that is creating the issue it’s unlikely I’ll have any way to force it off and unless the plugin has options or the author fixes I can’t say.

I have WordPress Download Manager plugin running for months but this issue came up just a few days ago, might it have something to do with your last theme update?
Solved, “Twitter Bootstrap” under Download Manager settings must set to “Disable JS”
Just to clarify also nothing has changed with the menu dropdown since the start. I have no idea why it started causing issues. Glad you found the solution though.
