    Hello @pgilpat

You simply should configure the form as it is described in the following post of plugin’s blog:

However, if you prefer, you can contact me through my private website for checking the issue in detail.

    Hello @pgilpat

I’ve checked your website, and I see you are using the free version of the plugin. So, you should be trying to send the emails with your own code, and not with the plugin.

If you want send the notification emails with our plugin you should to install at least its Professional version.

    Best regards.

Does the free version not have the ability to send email? Forgive the simple question, we’ve inherited this site.

    Hello @pgilpat

Not really. The free version of the plugin does not include this feature. You can find the comparison of features between the different distributions of the plugin, visiting the following link:

Wow, I don’t understand how this hasn’t been working for years!

Does the error “Problem in Sending Mail.” Generated because they don’t have the professional version?

    Hello @pgilpat

The popup you are referring is not generated or managed by our plugin, so, I guess the developer of your website has implemented his own code for sending the emails, and his code is failing for some reason, you should ask him. If you want send the notification emails with our plugin, you should to install at least its Professional version.

    Best regards.

May I ask what the possible use of a form plugin could be that does not send e-mails?
    Thanks!

    Hello @lausianne

The free version of the plugin is aimed to the implementation of forms for many situations, like the estimation of the services’ prices, simulation of loans, mortgage calculation, etc. (the plugin is distributed with some predefined forms that demonstrate its use). However, if you need other features, like store the collected information into the website’s database, send notification emails, integrate the form with a payment gateways and many others, you will need the commercial versions of the plugin. You can find the features comparison visiting the following link:

    Best regards.
