Problem in file download and upload

Hello,
I have downloaded a file from this file manager (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-filemanager/)
,and upload same, But after not opening my website front end.
eg. open this url https://www.ezshelf.com
its redirecting on the file manager action : https://www.ezshelf.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-filemanager%2Ffm.php&path=wp-content%2Fthemes%2Ftwentyfifteen-child%2F&filename=footer.php&action=download

please help me.
