    Hi,
I have been trying to import csv files in Mailpoet. I am merging from one website to another and have exported the files.
Now I the first csv file worked great.
Second csv file, al fields were matched (created on the first import).
Choosing the “Update existing subscribers’ information” option, I get the message “Unable to save imported subscribers.”
When I uncheck the update existing radio box, I get the message “No subscribers were added or updated.”
I can see there is an earlier item in the forum about this.(https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wordpress-unable-to-save-imported-subscribers/) I just can’t see how it is solved. Please help

  • Hi there @marcadegreef,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m sorry that you’re having issues with updating your subscribers via CSV import!

Can you please ensure that you have “Update existing subscribers’ information, like first name, last name, etc.” selected during the import?

Also, please check that your MailPoet plugin is updated to the latest version 3.85.0.

Let me know how it goes!
