Problem for reply

Using the default [your-name] <[your-email]> is very useful. It means you can simply hit reply to answer emails that you receive from people filling in your form.

But you need hosting that allows any email to be used as the From email. Most quality hosting does that.

In the mail section at the From: field

Please include all your input in the Mail sections of the CF7 interface. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able to offer a possible solution.

Your settings look fine. I would suggest you try testing with a different email app to see if you will get the same problem
