    I’m a paid user for the Smush Pro plugin and just tried installing Hummingbird but getting this error: There was a problem fetching the desktop test results. Please try running a new scan.

    I use WPEngine and tried clearing all cache, but that didn’t help. I use Elementor Pro, Wordfence, Yoast, WooCommerce, BetterDocs and a few other plugins.

    Any suggestions how to fix this?

    Hmm seems de-activating Contact form 7 plugin fixed the issue.

    I hope you’re well today !

    Thanks for letting us know about Contact Form 7.

    I just tested in on my lab site and I couldn’t replicate such conflict on my end. If you enable Contact Form 7 is the issue happening again – could you check it please?

    There’s also one more thing worth noting: whenever such issue happens with Performance Test, please start with checking the site directly with Page Speed Insights to see if it can test it or if it also returns some error. If it does return error then you just need to wait (as Performance Test uses Google API/Lighthouse).

    *solution :
    Enable delete plugin Data
    Uninstall the plugin
