Problem exporting from wordpress.com to wordpress.org blog

I just installed my blogg to http://www.teigen.be/blogg
I had my old blogg on http://www.teigas.wordpress.com , and want all my settings and stuff to follow over to the .org

I went in to tools in my .com blogg and exported the file and got a file named : larsmartin.wordpress.2012-02-21.xml.

Installed wordpress plugin importer in my wordpress.org blogg.

I got a warning saying the following:
This WXR file (version 1.2) may not be supported by this version of the importer. Please consider updating.

And when i selected that files and stuff was to follow over with the blogg, i got this error :Error 503 Service Unavailable

Any suggestions how to fix this?

When i diddent selceted that files should follow i got the menues over and my post, but not the same theme , same look , same sidebar widgets and stuff? Any tips how to fix this?
