Problem embedding a video

    I am having problems embedding a video in a post. I’ve been told that i wordpress, I just need to paste the below link it in the HTM tab of your post and it will be embeded.

    <iframe src=”http://player.vimeo.com/video/47229619&#8243; width=”500″ height=”281″ frameborder=”0″ webkitAllowFullScreen mozallowfullscreen allowFullScreen></iframe>

    It is not working. Where do I find the HTM tab in my version of wordpress? By the way, I use wordpress.com, instead of wordpress.org
